Welcome to PathFund. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PathFund's services, including our website, mobile applications, and related services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Services Description

PathFund provides the following services:

2.1 Financing Solutions

Career development loans ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 for credential recognition, professional training, exam fees, and career development programs.

2.2 Immigration Services

Expert guidance and support for Canadian immigration applications, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, and work permits.

2.3 Recruitment Services

Job matching and placement services connecting skilled professionals with Canadian employers.

3. Loan Terms and Conditions

3.1 Loan Application and Approval

• All loan applications are subject to our underwriting process and approval
• You must provide accurate and complete information in your application
• Approval is not guaranteed and depends on creditworthiness and other factors
• Interest rates and terms will be specified in your loan agreement

3.2 Repayment Obligations

• You agree to repay your loan according to the terms specified in your loan agreement
• Late payments may result in additional fees
• No prepayment penalties apply

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our Services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt our Services

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information in loan applications
• Attempt to circumvent our security or authentication measures
• Use automated systems to access our Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our Services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PathFund and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy or completeness of any information
• That loan applications will be approved

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathFund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
